Get involved

The Trust is actively engaged in preserving St. James’s for future generations to enjoy.

It receives personal and financial support from a number of local residents and businesses and the Trustees give their time on a free and voluntary basis.

Apart from professional advisers and administrative costs, overheads are very modest - around £80,000 p.a. (excluding studies).

Donations are used to meet the expense of essential planning and legal advice. For example, the implications of the Licensing Act led to much expenditure in fighting unwelcome licensing applications.

The Trust depends on the generosity of its supporters, and welcomes donations and legacies to help ensure St James's is preserved for all.

Completing a Gift Aid form will greatly enhance your donation (click here for a copy).
